TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL LIABILITY for any in-person meetings, physical harm, emotional distress, or financial loss arising from use of this platform. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed CAD $100.00.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this platform. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 or older.
All members must submit a government-issued photo ID and a matching selfie before their profile is activated. ID documents are deleted from our servers after verification is complete.
You agree not to harass or harm other users, post false information, create multiple accounts, or violate any applicable laws. Violations may result in immediate account termination without refund.
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD). Payments are processed by Stripe.
What we collect: Account information, profile data, ID documents (deleted after verification), usage data, and Stripe payment tokens only.
We never sell your data. No advertising cookies. Only essential authentication cookies.
Your rights: You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing africandatingconnections@gmail.com. Deletion requests are processed within 30 days.
Never share your home address or financial information with other members. Meet in public places for any in-person meetings. If you are in immediate danger, call 911 (Canada/USA). To report abuse: contact us here.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada. Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Toronto, Ontario.
